1. How long is the shipment handing time?

Yes. However, cancellation is only applicable if the order has not been pack

If cancellation is requested after we have packed or shipped out the order, customer needs to bear 20% of the total amount if delivering back the product to us.

Yes. As long as you pay the shipping fee and the insurrance.
